This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Vista Metals Corp.. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for for manganese, chromium and nickel for the calendar years 2003-2004 and for chlorine for calendar year 2003 These violations were voluntarily disclosed to the Agency. Vista Metals qualified for the Audit Policy which reduced the penalty from $164,000 to $0.
