On January 25, 2008, Brickcraft, LLC. (Brickcraft) submitted a self-disclosure notice for their facility in Center Point, Indiana. During an internal audit, Brickcraft discovered a possible exceedance of their SO2 limitation in their Title V Permit. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is currently taking action against Brickcraft. EPA is letting IDEM take the lead for this case and will provide assistance if needed.
