This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Dole Packaged Foods, L.L.C. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for ammonia for the calendar years 2004 and 2005.
