On July 15, 2008, Cameron International Corporation - Berwick self-disclosed non-reporting and late-reporting violations of EPCRA 313 for their Bayou Vista, Louisiana facility. The violations were for reporting years 2005 - 2007, involving the chemicals chromium, manganese, ethylene glycol, and toluene. The violations were resolved by the facility and Form Rs have been submitted to EPA and the state of Louisiana. EPA issued a Notice of Determination on September 22, 2008 waiving all gravity-based penalties.
