On July 7, 2008, Samsung Austin Semiconductor LLC disclosed non-reporting violations of EPCRA 313 for ozone. The violations occurred at their Austin, Texas facility for reporting years 2003 - 2006. The facility resolved the violations and submitted Form Rs to EPA and the state of Texas. The EPA issued a Notice of Determination on September 22, 2008 which waived the gravity-based penalty.
