This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Kop-Coat, Inc. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for copper compounds, lead compounds, and xylene for the calendar year 2006.
