On June 5, 2008, PolySpec self-disclosed violations of EPCRA 313 involving non-reporting of diisocyanates and styrene for 2002 - 2006, and non-reporting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidine for 2002 - 2005. These violations occurred at their Houston, Texas facility. PolySpec resolved the violations and submitted Form Rs to EPA and the state of Texas. On September 5, 2008, EPA issued a Notice of Determination that waived the gravity-based penalty.
