On March 10, 2008, Quadrant Chemical Corporation disclosed non-reporting violations of EPCRA 313 for lead for 2004 - 2005, as well as a late-reporting violation for lead for 2006. These violations occurred at their McKinney, Texas facility. Quadrant corrected the violations and submitted Form R reports to EPA and the state of Texas. On July 30, 2008, EPA issued a Notice of Determination waiving the gravity-based penalties.
