Alaska Gold Company (AGC)is owned by NovaGold Resources, Inc. The facility is authorized to discharge storm water under the CWA's Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP) issued by EPA. The violations arise from violations of the Storm Water CGP over the last two years.
