On July 8, 2008, BASF Polyurethane Foam Enterprises self-dislclosed violations of EPCRA 313 for their Houston, Texas facility. The violations involved non-reporting of ethylene glycol for reporting years 2004 - 2006. BASF corrected the violations and submitted Form R reports to EPA and the state of Texas. On August 22, 2008, EPA issued a Notice of Determination waiving the gravity-based penalties.
