This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study is issued to the City and County of Denver for the preparation and performance of a remedial investigation and a feasibility study (RI/FS) for the former Omaha & Grant Smelter lecation, OU2 of the Vasquez Boulevard/Interstate 70 Superfund site and the reimbursement for response costs incurred by EPA in connection with the RI/FS.
