This CAFO resolves the Administrative Complaint issued to Grenadier Realty/Stevenson Commons (owners/operators of four (4) commercial-industrial steam generating units) for violations of the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). As part of the settlement, Grenadier will complete a supplemental environmental project, Enhanced/Optimized CHP Operation, within eighteen months of the effective date of the settlement.
