This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Chrome Tech, Inc. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for copper, copper compounds, nickel, nickel compounds, nitric acid, nitrate compounds, and lead for calendar year 2003. These violations were voluntarily disclosed to the Agency. Chrome Tech. qualified for the Audit Policy which reduced the penalty from $82,500 to $0.
