Facility was in violation of Underground Storage Tank (UST) leak detection regulations for not registering UST systems, and failing to perform release detection on tanks and piping. A compliance order was issued requiring owner to register systems and provide monitoring of tanks and piping, as required by the state of Connecticut's UST rules and regulations.
