This facility was inspected in fulfillment of the USTCA Inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-307EC, in the amount of $450, for the following violations: 280.31(b) - failure to ensure proper operation of corrosion protection system and 280.41(a) - failure to monitor tanks at least every 30 days. There was no injunctive relief sought.
