This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Brenntag Pacific, Inc. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for copper compounds, manganese compounds, zinc compounds and certain glycol ethers for the calendar years 2003 and 2004. These violations were voluntarily disclosed to the Agency. Brenntag Pacific did qualify for 100% penalty mitigation under the EPA Audit Policy, which reduced the penalty from $248,000 to $0.
