Facility is a Non-Metallic Mineral Processing Plant subject to 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart OOO. Facility was constructed and started operation after 2002 without notifying EPA the date of initial construction and the date of startup and failed to conduct the initial performance tests within 180 days of the initial startup.
