This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to ITT Corporation. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for copper compounds and lead compounds for the calendar years 2005 and 2006. These violations were observed during a 8/27/07 facility inspection. ITT Corp qualified for a 30% penalty reduction for cooperation and compliance, and agreed to perform a Supplemental Environmental Project ( SEP ) totaling $51,094, which reduced the penalty from $77,800 to $13,625.
