This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Champion-Arrowhead, LLC. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for copper compounds, lead compounds and zinc compounds for the calendar year 2005.
