This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Catalytic Solutions, Inc. The violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for nitrate compounds for calendar years 2005 and 2006.
