This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to BAE Systems IESI, Inc. The violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for lead for calendar years 2003 and 2005.
