The facility was inspected by EPA Contractors on October 26, 2006. The Inspection Checklist was reviewed by R Jamison. An Information Request was submitted for documents regarding release detection, pressure line testing, etc. The contractor noted that there was a failure to appropriately utilize tank gauging with tightness tests for release detection. R Jamison concurred and issued a Field Citation from the desk.
