The facility was inspected by EPA Contractors on July 20, 2007. The Inspection Checklist was reviewed by R Jamison. An information request letter was issued to the facility. The facility could not present their records for review at the inspection or soon thereafter. The IRL did not present all required records. R. Jamison concurred and issued a Field Citation from the desk.
