This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to PRC. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for certain glycol ethers, dimethyl phthalate, and ethylbenzene for calendar year 2005. These violations were voluntarily disclosed to the Agency. PRC qualified for the Audit Policy.
