System failed to sample their drinking water for portions of 2003, 2004 2005, 2006, and 2007. System also failed to sample their drinking water for Nitrates in 2003, 2004, 2005 , and 2006 or Nitrite and 2005. System has complete samples for TCR and Nitrate, need to sample for the next quarter. They did not except the first AO sent. Another was sent on January 18, 2008.
