By disclosure letter and Audit Policy Eligibility Checklist submitted August 21, 2008, and by follow-up letter submitted September 19, 2008, DCI disclosed to EPA that their Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility had a data quality error for chromium compounds for 2007. DCI has subsequently corrected and submitted the Toxic Release Inventory Form R Report for 2007 to the EPA and to the State of Oklahoma. The disclosure met all 9 conditions of the Audit Policy; therefore, the civil administrative penalty was waived.
