EPA is issuing an Administrative Order under Section 1414(g) of the SDWA to the Ashburnham Water Department for the systems failure to complete an Initial System Distribution Evaluation (IDSE) plan as required by the Stage 2 Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproduct Rule (Stage 2 DBPR). The IDSE plan was to be submitted by April 1, 2008.
