Respondent failed to submit a premanufacture notification (PMN) at least ninety (90) days before manufacturing (importing) of a chemical substance as required under section 5 of TSCA.
Respondent also incorrectly or failed to certify at the port of entry that the chemical substance was not in violation of TSCA as required under section 13 of TSCA.
Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty in the sum of $26,230.
