This enforcement action is the result of a findings from an SPCC inspection (4/23/2002) and a multi-media ECPRA 312/RCRA inspection (7/12/2005). The EPCRA violations include failure to submit Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory forms to the SERC, LEPC, and fire department from 2002-2005. The RCRA violations include failure to comply with the used oil processor requirements.
