Violation: Unauthorized brine discharge to waters of the US. The Respondent's tank battery facility was point source of a discharge of a pollutant to the Deep Fork River and the adjacent wetlands.
Relief: An Administrative Order (AO) for compliance is being issued ordering the Respondent to do the following: 1) cease all discharges of pollutants; 2) remove the brine from the flow path in between the facility and the impacted water body; 3) remove the brine from the impacted water body; and 4) submit written certification.
