Administrative Order (AO)issued on 9/30/08 REISSUED 11/13/2008 for failure to sample for TTHM and HAA5 during 10/07, 12/07 and 2/08 according to system's standard monitoring plan for the Stage 2 Disinfection Byproducts Rule (Stage 2 DBPR). The AO requires the system to conduct standard monitoring for TTHM and HAA5 at 8 standard monitoring sites according to its revised standard monitoring plan. System met requirements of the AO by monitoring for TTHM and HAA5 according to its revised Stage 2 DBPR standard monitoring plan which was approved by EPA on September 30, 2008. System also submitted an Initial Distribution System Report on March 27, 2009, and EPA issued Lincoln Park a Notification of IDSE Report Completeness May 5, 2009. A letter termination the AO was issued on 8/31/2009.
