RATON PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY (NMR05B145): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted at this steam electric generating facility on April 29, 2008, at which time it was determined that there were several alleged violations including no annual storm water training for employees, no benchmark sampling for years two and four, and no annual comprehensive site evaluations. These were but a few of the inspection observations. An administrative order was issued to address these allegations.
