This settlement agreement concerns the Brown & Bryant (Arvin Plant) Superfund Site located in Arvin, California. This settlement is made and entered into by EPA and Union Pacific Railroad Company and BNSF Railway Company. The settling parties agree to reimburse EPA for past response costs.
