Violations: 1. Part III.A.4.c.vii of the Arkansas Department on Environmental QualityÂs (ADEQ)
Industrial General Storm Water Permit was violated in that the facility failed to identify on-site
storm drain inlets and authorized non-storm water discharges which enter the inlets.
2. Part III.A.4.f.iv. of the ADEQ Industrial General Storm Water Permit was violated in that the facility is not performing annual site inspections on storm water outfalls or on storm water collection systems.
