The Order requires Hyannis Marina to: 1) immediately stop discharging process waters from the facility to Lewis Bay, 2) within 30 days of receiving the Order submit a plan and schedule to the EPA for review and approval for the elimination of process wastewaters from entering Lewis Bay, and 3) within 30 days of receiving the Order submit a copy of the facilityÂs SWPPP.
