Based on a December 2008 inspection and a sampling inspection in February 2009, EPA issued an order to direct AMI to implement BMPs at the entrances and exits of the Berryessa facility and to bring their SWPPP up to date, reflecting BMPs that are actually in use, rather the non-functional trenching system.
