Violation: Respondent's flow line facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a water of the US . The flow line discharged oil field brine to a pond located on a tributary of Star Creek. An EPA inspector inspected the facility on January 29, 2009, and had observed that the flow line had recently discharged brine.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued requiring the Respondent to: Cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove the brine from the tributary of Star Creek; and submit written cetification that the Order has been complied with.
