Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a Waters of the US. The violation was identified based on a March 24, 2009 inspection of the facility. The violation found consists of an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to Hulah Lake.
Relief: A cease and desist Administative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all brine located in the pathway between the facility and the point of entry; remove all the brine from Hulah Lake; and submit written certification.
