Summary

Violation: Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a waters of the US. The violation was identified based on an EPA inspection conducted on March 26, 2009 at a facility located in the Northeast Quarter Section of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 7 East, Creek Co., Oklahoma. The violation found consists of an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to a tributary of the Cimmaron River.
