On March 11, 2009, EPA issued a Notice of Determination based on a self-disclosure provided by NRG Energy Center Harrsiburg LLC (NRG), regarding a violation of Section 311(j) of the CWA. NRG disclosed that it had violated Section 311(j) of the CWA by failing to complete and maintain a Facility Response Plan (FRP).
