This Administrative Order is issued to the Potomac Bible Church to advise them that they must take 4 repeat samples within 24 hours of a positive coliform result.The State's monitoring regulation does not allow for waiving either that requirement or the requirement to take 5 additional routine samples in the month following a positive coliform result.
