Respondent is being issued a Show Cause letter with a Consent Agreement included. Case is issued and resolved by execution of the Consent Agreement. Respondent had self-disclosed under the Audit Policy that they had shipped PCB waste in violation of federal manifesting requirements. The waste was properly disposed.
