Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source of a discharge of a pollutant to a waters of US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on April 8, 2009. During the inspection the EPA had observed where the facility had discharged brine to a tributary of Wolf Creek and then into Wolf Creek.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all the brine from the facility; remove all the brine from the tributary of Wolf Creek and Wolf Creek; submit written certification.
