EPA has filed an Administrative Complaint that includes a monetary forfeiture for violations of RCRA, i.e. failing to apply for a hazardous waste storage permit after holding waste for longer than that allowed time period, failing to conduct weekly inspections and failing to close a satellite container of waste.
