TAMPICO SPRINGS 3000, LLC / TAMPICO SPRINGS RANCH SUBDIVISION - A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on October 23, 2008, to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit. During that inspection several deficiences were noted by the inspector. Among those deficiencies were: construction activity without permit coverage from July 1, 2008, through date of the inspection; no storm water inspections conducted; no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan available for review. An administrative order is being issued to address the violations.
