A remedial investigation and feasibility study must be performed with respect to the Site, an inactive paper manufacturing facility. The Respondents have agreed to perform the RI/FS. They have also agreed to pay EPA's oversight costs for the RI/FS.
The amendment provides that the settling parties on the AOC 02-2009-2017 will perform asbestos abatement, loose lead paint removal, universal waste removal, removal of fluids from tanks, process lines, and vessels and also pay EPA's costs for overseeing this work.
