On May 22, 2009, EPA entered into two Administrative Orders on Consent for Removal Action (ÂAOCÂ) at the Britannia Street Site in Taunton, Massachusetts (ÂSiteÂ): one with Olson Investment, Inc. (01-2008-0005) and one with St. Germain and Son, Inc. (01-2009-0047). Each Respondent owns a portion of the Site and will perform the portion of the removal action located on its own property. Each agreement also requires reimbursement of EPA oversight costs. The estimated cost of the performance of the removal action at both parcels is $250,000.
