VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Bird Creek, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 24 North, Range 11 East, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharge was documented during a February 14, 2005, inspection.
RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants and properly close the pit adjacent to the production well. A follow-up inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the Order. Technical Contact: Casey Luckett Snyder 5-7393.
