EPA conducted an NPDES Compliance Inspection on November 4, 2004, of construction activities, associated with the development of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Southwest New Mexico. EPA found that the operator had not inspected these construction activities, as required by the NPDES Storm Water Regulatory Program.
