DENNIS GALLEGOS (NMU001446): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on October 26, 2004, at the residential construction site of Mr. Dennis Gallegos located at #5 County Road 3779, Morningstar Town Ranch 3, Farmington, NM. It was determined at that time that Mr. Gallegos had not complied with the requirements of the Construction General Permit (CGP). An Expedited Settlement Offer was extended with a penalty of $2000.00, and it was accepted. The final documents were drafted and routed for signature.
